At Vistavue Optique, we strive to get your eyewear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Sunglasses & Ready-to-Wear Frames

  • Delivery Time: 2 to 3 business days.

  • Note: This excludes weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Friday afternoon or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

2. Eyeglasses & Prescription Orders

Because we prioritize precision, delivery times for eyeglasses depend on your lens requirements:

  • Frames Only: Delivered within 2 to 3 business days (shipped with demo lenses).

  • Prescription Lenses: Since these require an in-store visit and custom lab work, delivery or pickup timing will be confirmed with you personally during your store visit.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We ensure all packages are handled with care to protect your high-quality UV lenses and frames.

4. Store Pickup

You also have the option to "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store." This is often the best choice if you need to have your frames adjusted or if you are coming in for an eye exam.
