Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vistavue Optique. We take pride in the quality of our eyewear. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days (one week) from the date of delivery to request a return. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or credit.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging (including the case, box, and any cleaning cloths).

  • Unworn and unused.

3. Refunds (Damaged Items Only)

We maintain a strict No Refund policy for change-of-mind purchases. Refunds are only issued if the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • If your item is damaged, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges & Store Credit

For all other valid returns (non-damaged items returned within the 7-day window), we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide:

  • An exchange for a different frame or product.

  • Store credit to be used for a future purchase.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

  • Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or any damage caused by the customer.

  • Customized prescription lenses (unless the error was made by our lab).

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
